Meeting attendees and presenters must be registered to participate in the meeting and claim C.E credit. Registration fees include light breakfast, boxed lunch, and all meeting content.
Meeting Registration Information
Early Bird online registration will be open February 17th and will close May 1st.
Late registration will be open May 2nd and will close May 15th.
Limited onsite registration may be available for an additional fee. Please note: meal availability/selection is not guaranteed for onsite registrants.

Abstract & Podium Presentation Guidelines
Platform presentations are reserved for pharmacy residents (PGY1 and PGY2) and fellows.
Students and faculty cannot be accommodated at this time.
Abstract Construction
The due date for abstract submission is Tuesday April 1, 2025.
Full results are not mandatory on the abstract and can simply specify they are pending.
Late abstract submissions will not be accepted.

Presentation Construction
The due date for presentation slide submission is Monday May 12, 2025.
Presentation slides submission portal will open by May 1, 2025.
Each resident presenter will be allotted 15 minutes for an oral presentation of their study, with 5 minutes for Q&A from the audience (maximum 20 minutes per resident presenter).
Presentation slides should be constructed in “Microsoft PowerPoint” (“.ppt” or “pptx”).
File names should be in the following format: Last Name_First Name.
Title slides should include the following information: title, names of authors, degrees, institution(s) where work was performed, PGY-X & specialty if applicable, contact email for the first author (trainee), and presenter conflicts of interest disclosure.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
Podium Presentation Instructions (day of the meeting)
Presenters will be organized into breakout rooms (room assignments will be sent by OCCP Co-Chairs prior to the meeting).
Presenters are encouraged to be in their scheduled rooms at least 5 minutes prior to the beginning of their assigned session.
Moderators will be assigned in each room to introduce each presenter, facilitate the session and keep time.
Feedback/evaluation forms will be distributed via email to the resident presenter after the meeting.
